Shiftbrook is a product of Helix Platforms Ltd. We store the account, organisation, roster, leave and timesheet records you put into the product.

Phone location is read only when someone clocks in or clocks out, and only to check the site pin. Shiftbrook does not track the phone between those moments.

Sickness reasons are shown to the person, their direct manager, HR and owners. They are not included in the notification that someone is off sick.
